I genuinely don't know what draws me to them, but they capture my attention (almost) every time. And I can't even say this is limited to books. The shows I like and the games I tend to play are all kinda dark.
But I promise you guys, I'm not moody. I love a good frolic in the sunshine! As long as I get to bring my dystopian book with me.
