To celebrate the arrival of lighter days and warmer weather, we’ve come up with a modern take on one of our favourite desserts that requires no oven: tiramisu.

Rich in flavour yet light and creamy in texture, this beloved Italian dessert is simple to make and almost impossible to resist (especially when it comes to a second helping).
Traditionally made using sponge fingers, our recipe uses leftover sourdough bread and the combination of cocoa powder and dark chocolate, for a tiramisu with all the taste and none of the waste.
