What’s New in the Final Concept?

Blended Community Vision: Design incorporates the most popular elements from earlier Concepts 1 and 3, shaped by public input.

Natural Materials & Tone: Wood seating, screen elements, plantings, and finishes create a softer, more connected-to-nature feel.

Shaded Gathering Space: Canopy trees and overhead structures provide relief from the sun and define cozy seating zones.

Integrated Lighting: Proposed energy-efficient LED lighting includes festoon string lights and low-level fence lighting to improve nighttime ambiance.

Historic and Cultural Character: A new park sign will reflect the area’s unique identity, and a partial wood fence ties the space together visually.
