Marvel’s 36th feature-length effort,
Thunderbolts*,
lands in theatres this weekend, and we have some good news: It’s good. In fact, this witty and gritty film is the best thing Marvel has put out in years, our film critic Barry Hertz writes. Despite a plot that is a bit all over the place, the film ultimately sticks the landing. Writes Hertz: “This is the first Marvel film in ages to look, feel and move like an actual feature film and not a slop bucket of CGI.”
