Happy Summer Break!

Dear Sleepy Hollow Families,

As we close out another wonderful school year, I want to take a moment to thank you for your continued partnership and support. Our journey together has been filled with learning, growth, and meaningful moments—and we are already beginning to look ahead with excitement as we plan for the 2025–2026 school year.

We wrapped up our final week with a beautiful staff celebration, including a delicious catered breakfast from Café Kindred in Falls Church, generously sponsored by one of our own Sleepy Hollow families. If you haven't tried this local gem, I highly recommend it—the food was absolutely amazing!

During the celebration, we honored staff milestones—celebrating 30, 25, 20, 15, 10, and 5 years of service—and shared heartfelt farewells with colleagues who are moving on to new adventures. Most importantly, we took time to reflect on all the big and small victories of our students this year. Every success, every smile, every step forward—it all matters.

Thank you for being a part of this incredible community. Your children are the heart of our school, and we are so proud of all they have accomplished.

With appreciation and love,

Principal Vega & Assistant Principal Bermudez
