We’ve made some updates to our Terms & Conditions to reflect new safety measures and platform rules. These changes go into effect on 18 June 2025.

Here’s a summary of what’s new:

✅ Online Safety: We’ve clarified our approach to keeping Olio safe in line with the UK Online Safety Act, especially around harmful content and protecting children.

✅ Content Moderation & Appeals: We've explained how content is reviewed on the platform, and how you can appeal if you are suspended or banned.

✅ Unauthorised Listings: Adders from unapproved redistribution organisations may not list surplus food on Olio. This helps maintain our high food safety standards. Accounts not following this may be suspended.

Please take a moment to review the updated Terms & Conditions. Continued use of Olio after these updates go into effect on 18 June 2025 constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
