This 3-hour virtual seminar will review the world of EEO and will go from theory to application. Topics include:

Overview of the EEO laws.
Understanding workplace harassment.
Impact of social media in the workplace.
Understanding retaliation.
Discussion of real-life scenarios.

Learn from EEO experts as they apply the essential principles of EEO law to real world examples and scenarios that will help you understand best practices.

This activity has been approved for 3 hours of Professional Development Credits (PDCs) for SHRM-CP® or SHRM-SCP®. .
This program has been pre-approved for 3 hours of HR (General) credit toward aPHR®, aPHRi™, PHR®, PHRca®, SPHR®, GPHR®, PHRi™ and SPHRi™ recertification through HR Certification Institute® (HRCI®).
This course meets 3 Hours of the yearly 8-hour refresher training requirements for federal agency Investigator OR Counselor training.
