Go head to head in a no holds barred, rib-eating race to eat as many racks of our 6 hour, home-smoked, dry-rubbed, St Louis Pork Ribs as you can in 30 minutes. We like to think these are the king of ribs!

The Rib Eating Contest will take place at all our Canary Wharf restaurant,
First place win a £100 Big Easy experience voucher and be crowned the 2025 rib eating champion!
