Denver approves tax break for Rock Drill redevelopment aimed at bringing ‘an anchor to the Cole neighborhood’

With the new approval of tax incentives by the City Council, OliverBuchananGroup plans to build a mixed-use development at the Rock Drill site that will preserve some of the historic buildings.
