Principal's Message:

Hello Bull Run Families!

It’s hard to believe we’re already heading into the final week of the first quarter!

Our students have been working hard—tackling new challenges, showing kindness, and demonstrating their knowledge every day.

As we close out this first quarter, let’s take a moment to celebrate growth—big and small. Whether it’s mastering math facts, increasing their vocabulary, or showing leadership in the classroom, every success adds up to an incredible start to the year.

Let’s finish #chargerSTRONG this week! Encourage your student to reflect on their progress, set new goals, and—of course—have fun along the way!

SIS ParentVUE End-of-Quarter Closure: The Gradebook in SIS ParentVUE and StudentVUE will be closed for the end of the first quarter from Friday, October 31, 4 p.m. to Monday, November 10, 6 a.m. Activate your ParentVUE account to easily access grade reports.

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Tomorrow, Friday 10/24, is PTA's Trunk or Treat event!  Hope to see you all there! For the past 2 years, I've been the 'Arm Wrestling Pirate'.  This year, I'm giving my arm a rest and I will be in charge of giving out cool tattoos instead--still dressed as a pirate though!

Reminders:

-Show your Bull Run spirit tomorrow, Friday 10/17, and wear school colors or swag!

-Next Friday, 10/31, is a 2-hour early dismissal for all students!  It is also Character Dress Up Day! Students and staff are encouraged to dress as their favorite book, TV or movie character to school!  Please *no masks, weapons, or blood/gore*

Have a great weekend!

-Mr. Marotta
