Mutual funds increase cash allocation by Rs 1,139 crore to nearly Rs 2 lakh crore in September

Mutual funds have increased their cash allocation by Rs 1,139 crore on monthly basis to Rs 1.99 lakh crore in September compared to Rs 1.98 lakh crore in August. The cash allocation as a percentage of total AUM was recorded at Rs 4.92% in September compared to 4.99% in August. The equity AUM was Rs 40.43 lakh crore in the said time period.

HDFC Defence Fund increases stake in Mazagon Dock & 5 other stocks, adds Eicher Motors to portfolio in September
