Full Time Parent/Family Liaison Position Announcement For McNair ES
Greetings McNair Families!
We believe strong family-school partnerships are the foundation of student success, which is why we're thrilled to announce that we are expanding the Parent/Family Liaison role to a full-time position, increasing our commitment to our families.
We are excited to announce that Ms. Tatiana Erazo will take on the role of full-time Parent/Family Liaison for McNair Elementary. This change allows her to team up with Ms. Selene Vargas, who is now dedicated full-time to the McNair Upper campus. We deeply appreciate Ms. Vargas' years of dedicated service to our families. Together, they will ensure a seamless transition and continued, robust support for every member of our Mustang community.
The Parent/Family Liaison is a vital member of our staff, dedicated to helping families navigate school life, connecting them with community resources, and fostering effective communication between parents and teachers.
Ms. Erazo will officially begin her new role on Monday, October 27, 2025. Please take a moment to look at her introduction below and learn more about her and how she can support your family this year.
"Hello, my name is Tatiana Erazo. I am thrilled to step into the role of your new Parent/Family Liaison. Having been part of the McNair school community for four years as an instructional assistant in the ECCB program, I am eager to begin collaborating with all of you to strengthen our partnership and ensure our children achieve their full academic potential.
I look forward to meeting you and helping to bridge the home-to-school connection. Please don't hesitate to reach out to me at teerazo@fcps.edu."
