Mr Justice Constable appointed Judge in Charge of the Technology and Construction Court

The President of the King’s Bench Division has appointed Mr Justice Constable as Judge in Charge of the Technology and Construction Court. This is a two-year appointment that runs from 11 January 2026 to 10 January 2028.
