You will never get what you want if you need it to feel good. 


Look around at the gym. People look the same for years. Despite showing up consistently.


I lost over 50 pounds because I finally had enough of being fat. 


Hated it. Couldn't stand being lazy. Skipping workouts. 


Sure, I might have pushed a little harder than I should have.


But I went all-in and found that line, then backed off. 


Most people aren't willing to do that. 


They give 6/10 effort to get 2/10 results. 


And I totally understand if you want to live a more 'balanced' life. 


But 10/10 results require massive action:  

  • Hire the coach

  • Sign up for the event

  • Do more than you have before

Go all the way. Push harder. Be hungry. 


It's better than playing it safe and wondering what you could have been. 


Deep down, you know it would work.
