Read-a-thon: Now until Jan 15

The PTA is proud to host our 3rd annual Sleepy Hollow Read-a-Thon!  The Read-a-Thon will be held Monday, Dec 8, 2025 until Thursday, January 15, 2026.

We have set a goal to raise $5,000 and every student has a goal to read at least 300 minutes for the Read-a-Thon period, we want to encourage them to do even more!

Our school-wide goal is to reach 200,000 minutes by January 15, 2026.

Read-a-Thon packets should have come home last week with instructions and a form to log minutes for each of the days - please encourage your children to log those reading minutes and help them earn donations!!!

Contribute to the Davis Center Coffee Cart for SHES Staff

Students from the Davis Career Center will be working at Sleepy Hollow again this year. They will be running a coffee cart for teachers and staff, but they need our help to stock the cart. Purchase items directly from their Amazon Wishlist or purchase items from another store and deliver them to the school.

Let's help make the Davis Coffee Cart a success for students and a special treat for

SHES Library Volunteers

Our new librarian, Mr. Fernandez-Pons, is looking for parent volunteers to help in the library this year. Volunteers might assist students in finding books, help during library class visits, support special events, or lend a hand with creative displays and projects. Whether you can give an hour once in a while or a regular time each week, your time and talents make a difference.

Please express interest by completing this form: http://bit.ly/sheslibraryhelp
