Upgrade Required by January 31, 2026
To ensure a secure and reliable remote access experience, all CMS contractors should upgrade their Zscaler client to version 4.7 by January 31, 2026.
- Version 4.7 includes critical security and performance enhancements.
- If you are already using Zscaler version 4.7, no action is required.

If your Zscaler client was provided by your company, please contact your IT support team for assistance. They can follow the instructions on the VPN Setup page to ensure proper configuration for CMS access.
