The Coffees
The series comprises four unique coffees, each crafted from the same variety grown on a single farm in El Salvador and processed under identical conditions. The coffees are then fermented with different brewer’s yeast strains, with one lot taken a step further with a souring process.
The coffees:
Belgian Ale: Juicy, fruit-forward and sparkling, with notes of passion fruit, pineapple, and lemonade.
London Ale: Rich, bright, and syrupy, featuring raspberry, nectarine, and brown sugar notes.
Kveik Voss: Juicy and vibrant, with polished acidity and flavours of apricot, ginger, and white wine.
Kveik Voss + Philly Sour: Deep, tropical, and subtly funky, with notes of strawberry, mango, and muscovado sugar.
