A short security reminder from Reap

We’re writing with a brief security reminder to help you stay protected.

Across the industry, there has been an increase in phishing attempts where fraudsters contact individuals and falsely claim to represent a financial services provider, requesting card or personal information.

As a reminder:
  • Reap will never ask for full card numbers (PANs), PINs, or one-time verification codes
  • We will not request sensitive information via unsolicited phone calls, emails, or messages
  • Official communications from Reap will always direct you to known, trusted channels
If you receive a suspicious call or message claiming to be from Reap, please do not engage. You can find guidance on how to report suspicious contact via our Help Centre or reach out through Reap’s official support channels.
