A hybrid virtual/in-person Site Plan Review Committee meeting for
Alexan Courthouse will be held on February 5, 2026, at 7pm at the Bozman Center Room 311 on the third floor (2100 Clarendon Boulevard)
Virtual participation will be accommodated via MS Teams.
The Site Plan Review Committee (SPRC) will host a hybrid virtual/in-person public meeting to review a proposed site plan located at 2000 15th Street N., also known as the Alexan Courthouse.

Attend in-person at Bozman Government Center Room 311 on the 3rd Floor (2100 Clarendon Blvd.). Parking and elevator access will be provided.

The Site Plan Review Committee is a committee of the Arlington County Planning Commission. The SPRC reviews all site plan applications and major site plan amendment requests. The committee includes Planning Commission members, representatives from other relevant commissions, community organizations, and appointed citizens.
