Tomorrow our school will celebrate January birthdays! Thank you to parents & room parents for sending in treats so that every class can celebrate. The schoolwide theme is Jersey/Sports Day and everyone is encouraged to wear their favorite jersey or sports attire.
We look forward to seeing everyone at Movie Night tomorrow night! The votes are in and the winning movie will be announced on the news show for the students in the morning. The school will be open beginning at 6:30 p.m. for concessions and the movie will begin at 7:00. Thank you to everyone that has already signed up to help. If you can contribute your time or add to our concessions, please sign up here.
An adult is required to remain at Lemon Road with children for all evening and weekend events.
FCPS is closely monitoring the potential snowstorm expected this weekend. We understand that with the snow, there may be school closures and/or delays. While all FCPS student websites are accessible on any device, please let your child’s classroom teacher know by email or Talking Points if you need your child to bring home their device by 12:00 p.m. tomorrow. There will be no required work over snow days but teachers may send books, worksheets, or suggested activities to complete if your family chooses.
