2024 East and West Flower Garden Bank Monitoring Data Is Now Publicly Accessible

The 2024 long-term monitoring dataset for East and West Flower Garden Banks has been successfully archived and published by NOAA's National Centers for Environmental Information (NCEI). This dataset includes benthic imagery, fish census records, and water quality data, providing a comprehensive record of annual changes in benthic and fish communities as well as environmental conditions. It is now publicly accessible through NCEI under Accession Number 0308032: https://www.ncei.noaa.gov/archive/accession/0308032.

This release is the third dataset submitted using our refined archiving procedures, and efforts are underway to systematically archive the remaining historical records.
