A Message from Principal Peterson
As we head into the end of the week, I want to share a few important updates and reminders.
First, the second quarter officially comes to a close on January 30th. This is a great time to pause, reflect, and celebrate the growth our students have made—academically, socially, and emotionally. Progress reports will be shared in early February, and we encourage families to review them together and talk with your child about their successes and goals for quarter three.

FCPS is also closely monitoring the forecast, as inclement weather is possible in the coming days. Any decisions about school delays, early releases, or closures will be made by Fairfax County Public Schools. Families will be notified through multiple channels, including FCPS email, text, and phone messages, the FCPS website, and local media outlets. Please be sure your contact information is current in SIS so you receive timely updates.
