May 1st, 2026 marks the 100 year anniversary of the five-day workweek—the day on which, in 1926, Henry Ford instituted the five-day workweek at his plant. It is now a pillar of modern life, but this working practice isn’t backed by science, ancient wisdom, or divine decree. It’s simply a relic of the industrial age—and it’s time for an upgrade. What if we could accomplish more while working fewer days?

In Do More in Four, Joe O’Connor and Jared Lindzon present a groundbreaking, data-driven exploration of why a four-day workweek isn’t merely possible—it’s necessary in the age of artificial intelligence.

On May 5, to mark the centenary of the five-day workweek, Joe and Jared will join us to present their battle-tested blueprint for a smarter, more humane approach to work which also enables organizations to be more productive through fundamentally redesigned roles—and to reinvest AI gains back into the workforce.

Drawing on work with organizations across four continents, Joe and Jared will lay out the path from executive AI ambition to people-powered AI acceleration.
