After weeks of traveling and housesitting, Bella and I are finally
home.
One of the first things I wanted to do was get back to
the simple things I love, so I met my beautiful friend Marcy Cole for a
sunset walk along the beach while she was visiting.
Bella is
not quite up for long walks these days, so I carry her in a front harness.
At 15 pounds, she has officially become part-cuddle, part-workout. She
absolutely loves it, being close, feeling the movement, taking it all
in.
And honestly, I loved every step of that walk. Because not
that long ago, this would not have been possible for me. There was a time when just getting out of bed felt like a slow,
careful process. Every movement had to be thought through. My body felt
stiff, tight, and unpredictable.
Now I can go for a long beach
walk, feel a little soreness the next day, and then bounce right back.
That shift did not happen by chance. It happened because I stopped
accepting aches and pains as just part of getting older and started to
understand what my body actually needed.
If you have been told
that what you are feeling is just a result of aging, I want you to question
that.
Because in many cases, it is not aging at all. It is
simply patterns in the body that can be corrected once you know how.
That is exactly why I want to introduce you to someone I trust.
My colleague and world-renowned anti-aging fitness expert
Robbie Stahl has spent nearly three decades studying how
the body truly works, bringing together biomechanics,
neuroscience, and what he calls body wisdom.
He
is hosting a free 5-day experience called The Full
Body Fix, and it has already helped over 100,000 people restore
their mobility, energy, and connection to their bodies.
This is
not about pushing yourself or doing intense workouts. It is about
understanding your body and giving it what it needs to function the way it
was designed to.
So if you are ready to feel more like yourself
again, to move with ease, and to reconnect with your body in a completely
different way, this is your invitation.

Say this affirmation slowly as
you move your body, especially during something gentle like a walk,
stretching, or when you first wake up. Place your attention on how your
body feels rather than how it looks.
"My body is strong,
supported, and designed to move with ease. I listen, I align, and I allow
it to restore and thrive."
As you repeat it, imagine your
body becoming more flexible, more supported, and more energized. Let
yourself feel appreciation for what your body can do right now, even if it
is something small.
To choosing vitality at every age,
