DUI

April 24, 2026 • 9:53 p.m.

Officers responded for the report of a crash. When officers arrived on the scene, they found an SUV had been hit from behind by a truck at a red light. Investigation revealed the driver of the truck was under the influence of alcohol. Jorge Benitez Pavon, 32, of Fairfax was arrested and transported to Fairfax County Adult Detention Center where he was charged with Driving Under the Influence. Benitez Pavon was held until sober on an unsecured bond. (2026-5628)

Officers responded to a 911 hang-up. The caller stated that an unknown subject initiated an altercation over a parking space, which resulted in the subject shoving them and a family member. Thomas Davis, 51, of Fairfax Station was issued a Virginia Uniform Summons for Assault and Battery and informed of his court date. (2026-5724)
