The Site Plan Review Committee (SPRC) is seeking community input about a proposed site plan by Virginia Hospital Center at 601 S. Carlin Springs Road. You're invited to review project materials and provide comments online during the engagement session which will run from April 20 - 30, 2026.
This feedback window will focus on all site plan topics, including: Land Use, Policy Guidance, Site Design, Architecture, Transportation, Parking, Loading, Open Space, Tree Canopy, Landscaping, Stormwater Management and other topics.
