Hey, thanks for the tip about that series on Netflix. I finally started watching it last night and I'm hooked. The production quality is incredible, especially the aerial shots of the ruins. I know you mentioned the first episode was slow, but I actually found the background on the archaeological methods fascinating. It's crazy how much they can deduce from pottery shards and soil samples. I'm only three episodes in, but the theories about how the city was planned out are blowing my mind. I can see why you thought I'd like it. Anyway, let me know if you find anything else like it. I also stumbled across a podcast about the history of cartography that's pretty good, but it's hit or miss depending on the narrator. Talk soon!

So I finally decided to repaint the living room. I went with that warm grey we talked about, the one with the slight green undertone. Honestly, the first coat looked terrible, and I was really worried I'd made a mistake. But once the second coat went on, it completely transformed the space. It looks so much more modern and calm. The old beige was way too yellow compared to it. I'm still debating whether to repaint the trim. It's currently white, so it matches, but I think a brighter crisp white might pop better. Have you done anything with your accent wall yet? I remember you were considering a navy blue. I think either would look great, but the room's natural light really makes a difference. Let me know what you decide.
