2023-III-12UP: Wiehle-Reston East TSA, Roland Clarke Place Subdistrict, 1950 Roland Clarke Place – On July 25, 2023 the Board of Supervisors authorized the consideration of a Comprehensive Plan amendment for 1950 Roland Clarke Place (Tax Map Parcel 17-4 ((14))(1A)2A). The subject property is currently planned for Residential Mixed Use (RMU) which is an area planned for a ratio of 75% residential uses and 25% nonresidential uses, at an intensity of up to 3.55 FAR. This Plan amendment proposes to modify Plan guidance to add an option for single-family attached residential up to 20 dwelling units per acre. (Direct link to staff report).
Planning Commission public hearing: Wednesday, July 8, 2026 at 7:30 P.M.
Board of Supervisors public hearing: Tuesday, August 25, 2026 at 4:00 P.M.
