Thanks for a Great Year, Rams!
Congratulations to all of our Rams on another great year! We are so proud of all the growth and learning that our students have had this year. Have a wonderful summer!
Summer Information
Summer Office Hours
The Rocky Run Main Office will be open from 9-1 during the summer.
Summer Math Support
The following Google sites have been developed by Rocky Run math teachers to help students prepare for Pre-Algebra or Algebra next year. Both sites are optional and no work completed through them will be collected or graded. They are designed to be self-paced and self-checking. Please note that the student will need to be logged into their FCPS Google account to be able to access either link—the links will not work if you attempt to access them from a non-FCPS account.
Please contact Rachel Sweeney, Assistant Principal, at rwsweeney@fcps.edu with any questions.

SY26-27 Transition Event: RAMS RALLY
Save the Date! Join us for our Open House event, Rams Rally, on Thursday, August 20, from 3 to 5 PM. Students and families are invited to walk their schedules, check out lockers, and meet teachers and staff before the school year begins.
Student Services Updates
Final Report Cards
Teachers will finalize grades by June 15, and final report cards will be mailed home later next week. Please note that honor roll certificates are not distributed for final grades, as students' academic achievements will be recognized during next week’s awards ceremony.
We encourage you to review your child’s academic progress together and contact their teachers with any questions or concerns. Since teachers’ last day is Thursday, June 18, we recommend reaching out as soon as possible if you need clarification or additional information.
Expunging High School Credits
High school credit courses taken in grades6, 7 and 8 become part of the student’s high school transcript and are included in the calculation of the high school Grade Point Average (GPA). VA State and FCPS regulations permit parents/guardians to make a request to have that course expunged from the student’s record. Please contact your child's school counselor and submit the completed Request to Expunge High School Courses Taken in Middle School Form by June 17, 2026.
