Dear Wolftrap Families, 

It is hard to believe that we have come to the end of another school year! Thank you so much for sending us such amazing students to educate at Wolftrap. To our sixth-grade families, we will miss you! Let us know how you are doing with my buddy Ms. Khuluki at Thoreau! 

For our other families, have a WONDERFUL summer, and we will look forward to seeing you on the first day of school, August 24th,  2026! Our bell schedule will remain the same, from 8:30am – 3:15pm. Open House will be Friday, August 21st, 11-12pm. We will be offering a quiet open house by invitation only. Times for that event will be coming during the summer, traditionally the ½ hour before Open House. Wolftrap Under the Stars will be on Friday, August 28th.  Back to School Night will be held on Tuesday, September 1st, 5-6:30pm. 

As a reminder, summer office hours will be 9 am-12 pm, Monday through Friday. If you need another appointment, please call the office, and we can set up a time for you to come in. We will be having some programming at Wolftrap over the summer. Summer SACC programming will be held in our building, as well as Camp Invention. There will be extensive cleaning and carpet replacement in the library, so calling ahead for appointments will be important, outside of the window above. Please stop by to check the Lost and Found. We have a LOT of coats, jackets, hoodies, and water bottles that need to be claimed. All items remaining at the school after June 19th, 2026 will be donated. 

If your child was not present on the last day of school, please stop by the main office to pick up their belongings (see times above). Please stay tuned for an email this summer regarding the start of the school year. A few days before school begins, parents will be able to log into their SIS Parent Account to view your child’s classroom assignment. If you do not already have an account, please read below to see what changes will happen in July.
