Today is International Women’s Day, and it always makes me reflect on why we started INKEY.
My own journey hasn’t been straightforward. I started as a singer, had side hustles, built a corporate career, and eventually became a co-founder of INKEY.
The goal wasn’t to launch another skincare brand, it was to challenge the industry and make knowledge accessible to everyone. We built INKEY on simple values: start at yes, think differently, and keep moving forward.
Today, 76% of our line managers and 67% of our leadership team are women. That matters.
Through the INKEY Impact Fund, we’re also supporting young female changemakers who are reshaping education. Because knowledge doesn’t just lead to better skin. It leads to better futures.
This International Women’s Day, I’m celebrating the women who challenge ideas, build their own paths, and support each other.
