Zoning Application Fee and Planned District Recreational Facilities Minimum Expenditure Increases
On March 3, 2026, the Board of Supervisors (Board) adopted a resolution authorizing advertisement of public hearings to consider a Zoning Ordinance amendment to increase certain Zoning Application Fee types, establish a new fee, and increase the required recreational facilities expenditure for Planned Districts.
Planning Commission Public Hearing: April 8, 2026, at 7:30 p.m.
Board of Supervisors Public Hearing: April 14, 2026, at 3:00 p.m.
