Dear Beech Tree Families,
Many of you are asking how you can buy game and raffle tickets in advance of Saturday’s Fun Fair! (They are cheaper if you buy them in advance). Game Tickets are 4 for $1. Games range in price from 2 to 6 tickets. Raffle Tickets are 2 for $1. The more times you enter the raffle, the greater the chance you have of winning some amazing prizes (see our PTA website for more details).
Here’s how to buy tickets:
- Send the attached form back to school with your child in an envelope with cash, check, or pay by Venmo (instructions below)

If you can’t print the form, you can pay by Venmo anyway (@BeechTreePTA) and write:
- # of game tickets purchased
- # of raffle tickets purchased
- Student first name and last name
- Teacher last name
- If you can only pay by cash or check, please send that in with a paper that has the same info above written on it (# game tickets, # raffle tickets, student first and last name, teacher last name)
ALL TICKETS WILL BE AVAILABLE AT WILL CALL ON SATURDAY AT THE FAIR
