Kingstowne Cup this Friday, April 24 at Hayfield Secondary School
The Kingstowne Cup, our annual basketball game with Hayfield Secondary School, is this Friday, April 24! Please come out to Hayfield Secondary to support Twian's teams. Admission is $5 and doors will open at 5:00 pm with the girls game at 5:45 pm and the boys game at 7:15 pm. Fun games and prizes are available to all attendees before the games, at halftime, and between the games. We are having a BLACK OUT so please participate if you can by wearing black clothing.
If your child chooses to attend, please remind them that the Student Rights and Responsibilities (SR&R) applies at school events and that our collective expectations are the same. The vast majority of the time the vast majority of our students do exactly what is expected of them. If those expectations are not met then consequences can be assigned and eligibility for future events can be revoked.
Please remember that pick-up must be within 15 minutes of the end of the event. We anticipate that to be no later than 8:15 pm. We will ask students to remind their ride about this pickup time during the event, but please plan to make sure a ride is there on time. Our ability to hold student events like Kingstowne Cup is directly tied to students being picked up on time.
