Do you ever have a hard time being consistent with your workouts and nutrition?

I do too, sometimes, but then I remember the secret strategy that helped me lose 50 pounds and see my abs for the first time...

Look at this picture from the gym yesterday.

Empty.

The sun came out. People are over it.

This should teach you an important lesson:

The vast majority of people can't stick with things, and that's why they struggle.

Your body doesn't transform after your first week of workouts.

In fact, it usually takes 3-6 months to see serious changes.

So all you really need to do is:

1. Set one big goal for yourself

2. Find one plan to follow

3. Show up consistently

And don’t worry if it feels hard to stick to sometimes.

That's normal!

If you need to tweak your workouts or your nutrition approach, that's totally fine.

But give me 6 months of consistent effort before you tell me it won't work for you.

See you tomorrow... as I have been sending these emails consistently

Keep going

PS: I had a call with a guy this morning after opening up spaces on my personal 1:1 coaching roster - if he signs up today, I'll be closing things down until May.
