Illinois House committee sends Bears megaproject bill to full chamber for a vote

An Illinois House committee voted 15-5 Wednesday to advance Bears megaproject legislation that would allow the NFL team to negotiate property tax payments directly with local governments for up to 40 years at their Arlington Heights property.
