Illinois House approves Bears megaproject bill 78-32; now goes to Senate

The Illinois House voted 78-32 Wednesday night to advance Bears megaproject legislation that would allow the NFL team to negotiate property tax payments directly with local governments for up to 40 years at their Arlington Heights property.
