Hey, I was just thinking about our conversation last weekend. I finally got around to trying that recipe you mentioned — the one with the roasted vegetables and the tahini dressing. It turned out really well actually, even though I had to substitute a few ingredients because the store was out of some things. I used sunflower seeds instead of pine nuts and it worked fine. The whole family enjoyed it so I will definitely make it again. Also, I wanted to ask if you have seen the new exhibit at the museum downtown yet. A few friends went last Thursday and said it was really thought-provoking. I am thinking of going this Sunday if the weather cooperates. Let me know if you would want to join. It has been a while since we caught up properly. I hope you are having a good week so far.

So I have been meaning to tell you about this podcast I started listening to. It is all about urban gardening and transforming small spaces into green areas. I know you have been wanting to do something with that little balcony of yours and I thought you might find it useful. The host interviews people who grow everything from tomatoes to dwarf fruit trees in apartments. One episode featured a woman in Tokyo who grows over 40 varieties of herbs on her balcony. It is pretty amazing what you can do with limited space and some creativity. Anyway, I thought of you when I heard it. Let me know if you want the link and I can send it over. Hope you are doing well. I have also been trying to get more into houseplants myself and it has been really rewarding to see them grow.
