Puerto Rico has more bioluminescent bays than anywhere else on earth. Three of the world's five brightest are on this single island (the most famous being Mosquito Bay on Vieques, where the water literally glows when you move through it at night). That's before you get to El Yunque, the cobblestone streets of Old San Juan, the mofongo, and the fact that you don't need a passport to get there. Prices just dropped across a lot of cities, with fares starting under $200 from some. Hard to argue with that.
Dates in the $200s are limited. Be sure to use the 24-hour rule to your advantage while you get your ducks in a row.
