The below is attributable to Spokesperson Tommy Pigott:

Secretary of State Marco Rubio met today with Thai Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Sihasak Phuangketkeow to advance the enduring U.S.-Thailand alliance, which is built on more than 190 years of partnership. The two leaders discussed enhancing defense cooperation and interoperability between U.S. and Thai forces, as well as the importance of making progress toward an Agreement on Reciprocal Trade that guarantees expanded market access and reflects the shared economic interests of both nations and President Trump’s commitment to fair and balanced trade. The Secretary also emphasized the United States’ commitment to peace and stability in Southeast Asia and urged Deputy Prime Minister Sihasak to continue implementing the Kuala Lumpur Peace Accords that President Trump brokered last year.
