Lane Closure on North Manchester Street, Aug. 3–31A contractor will install sewer and water lines on North Manchester Street at the intersection of 8th Road North for the Bluemont Tennis Courts Project. One lane of North Manchester Street will be closed intermittently from Aug. 3 through Aug. 31, with most work expected to begin around Aug. 10. All dates are weather-dependent. Traffic will remain open in both directions with posted signs for pedestrians and traffic controls. Please plan for possible delays and follow posted signs for alternate routes. The area shown in red below identifies the lane-closure area.
