Westbound I-70 west of Glenwood Springs closed again Friday morning due to flooding, days after the route had reopened.

James and Angelica Vogel ran All Saints Home Care out of their home at 6512 S. Lisbon Court, which their since-wiped website describes as “luxury assisted living and memory care for Alzheimer’s & dementia.”

For the former prison to be reopened, the property owner must obtain approval through public processes outlined in Hudson’s code, Together Colorado alleges in the lawsuit.

“This lawsuit seeks to hold the Boulder Police Department responsible both for the injuries caused by their overzealous officers pouncing on someone simply for wearing something ‘greenish,’ and for lying about it after the fact.”
