Herndon HS Parents, Guardians & Students,
If your student plans to participate in VHSL athletics or activities during the 2026–2027 school year, please log back into your FinalForms account and review your registration.

New forms have recently been added and may require your attention. Please ensure that all required forms and signatures have been completed by both the parent/guardian and student. Please note that all parent forms must be complete for your child to be eligible to tryout.
*Fall Sports Required physical & registration is due by 12:00pm on Thursday July 30.
To avoid any delays in your student's eligibility for fall tryouts and participation, we encourage you to complete any outstanding requirements as soon as possible.
Optional Registration Check-In
The Herndon HS Activities Office is offering an optional Registration Check-In for student athletes and families to ensure all required paperwork has been submitted and students are ready for fall tryouts.
Dates: July 27th
Time: 4:30pm-7:00pm
Location: Lecture Hall (Please enter through door 1- the Lecture Hall is straight ahead on the right-hand side of the main hallway).
Our staff will be available to answer questions, verify that your registration is complete, and assist with any remaining requirements.
