I have not picked a time for the meeting next week yet. I looked at my calendar this morning, and Tuesday is mostly open before noon. Wednesday is blocked off after 2 PM because of a doctor's appointment. I was thinking we could put it on Tuesday at 10 AM, but I still need to check with Sam about his schedule. I will send a note by tomorrow night once I hear back from him.

I've been going over the meeting times for the group, and I think we need a change. Right now we meet on Tuesdays at 9 AM, which works for me. But last month two people said the early start was hard with their commutes. I checked my own schedule against the shared calendar, and afternoons look clear on Wednesdays and Thursdays. I am going to suggest moving the regular meeting to Wednesday at 2 PM starting next week. That gives everyone the morning for other work, and it still leaves Thursday open for follow-ups. Nothing else about the meeting needs to change, just the day and the time.
