I had to call the office again this morning about the room for Thursday. The first time I called last week, they said the booking was fine, but then I got an email saying it was cancelled. I called again and they told me the system had double-booked it. Now they put us in the smaller room next to the front desk. I asked about the projector, and they said that one still works. We should bring our own extension cord just in case. I am going to check the reservation number again on Wednesday afternoon.
