The Columbia VA Medical Center invites post-9/11 era Veterans, care partners and community stakeholders to attend Military to VA: Continuing the Mission Together on Tuesday, Sept. 8, from 9-11 a.m. in the Building 5 Auditorium at the Columbia VA Medical Center.

The program will provide an opportunity to look at where we’ve been, where we’re going and how the Military to VA program continues to evolve to better serve Veterans.

Participants will have an opportunity to:

• Share ideas — Your voice matters and can help shape the future of the program.
• Discover resources — Learn about valuable VA resources, benefits and services.
• Build support — Connect with others who understand the Veteran journey.

The event is intended for post-9/11 era Veterans of all branches, care partners and community stakeholders, including family members, caregivers, community partners, organizations and supporters working together for Veterans.
