National Park Service officials acknowledge that, if built as planned, President Donald Trump’s triumphal arch would adversely affect Arlington National Cemetery, the Lincoln Memorial and several dozen other historic sites, but they say the project must move forward, according to an NPS document and emails obtained by The Washington Post.
