The Site Plan Review Committee (SPRC) is seeking community input about a proposed site plan at 2000 14th Street N. known as Courthouse Place. You're invited to review project materials and provide comments online during the engagement session which will run from September 8 - 17, 2026.
This feedback window will focus on all site plan topics, including: Land Use, Policy Guidance, Site Design, Architecture, Transportation, Parking, Loading, Open Space, Tree Canopy, Landscaping, Stormwater Management and other topics.
