I've been thinking about this the whole flight home.

Hi Iza,

I'm writing this from the airport, waiting to board my flight home. Today I go back home after some time in Peru, leading a workshop for fifteen incredible women, hiking toward Machu Picchu, exploring the nature and ruins, and sitting with some big changes I've been moving through lately.

Somewhere between the mountains and this moment, one thought kept circling back to me:

Have you ever hit the same ceiling twice? Same income plateau, same relationship pattern, same move you keep almost making but never quite do?

I have.

So many times, I assumed it meant I just hadn't found the right moment or mindset shift yet. So I'd go back in… More affirmations, more reframing and it would work, for a while. Then I'd land right back at the same wall.

Out there in Peru, actually feeling my body process what my mind had already "figured out" months ago, something clicked.

Most personal development assumes change starts in the mind and the body just follows. That's real but only to a point. The point where it stops is the body itself. It's been holding patterns since before you had words for them. When you only work at the mind level, you're working above where the pattern actually lives. It loosens. It doesn't fully release.

This is exactly what my friend Tyler Watson has spent over a decade specializing in, what he calls the addiction to struggle and the allergy to success. Your body stays loyal to the version of you it already knows, even when your mind is ready to move on.

Tyler is demonstrating this live, tomorrow, with a real volunteer, working through a real pattern in real time. You'll see the exact moment a body-level shift happens, LIVE and how to tell when this, not strategy, is the real block.

Happy to be almost home,

P.S. If you've done "all the right things" and still ended up back at square one, it might not be about doing more work. It might be about reaching the level where the pattern actually lives.
