Simon strengthens into a Category 4 hurricane as it approaches Mexico's coast

Simon is expected to bring heavy rainfall over parts of southwestern Mexico, possibly concentrated along the coast of Jalisco and in parts of Michoacan, Colima, and Nayarit.
